52100 Tongs/Jaws

52100 "tong jaws" These are the cut off pieces of some forged pnuematic cutters produced by our parent company. The front end is cut off and attached to a pneumatic cylinder assembly, while this back portion is left behind. There is enough mass to forge the jaws out to a variety of configurations, and the key aspect of these parts is the precision machined boss area, shown in the pictures. As tongs, these can be riveted like normal blacksmith tongs, but they also work quite well when bolted together with spring washers. Available as plain or with a sand blasted finish. 

All items priced per pair, made from as forged, annealed and machined 52100 steel.

Small/Large Jaws, plain or with 3/8 or 1/2" 52100 reins welded on.
